Batters
Standard batters are Chocolate, Yellow, Marble and White.
Specialty Batters
Banana, Banana-nut, Cherry-chip, Cherry-nut, Chocolate Chip,
Chocolate with Chocolate Chip, Lemon, Spice, German Chocolate
(others may be available upon request). Carrot Cake is available for
additional charge above that of special batters.* Frosting
Standard frosting is Buttercream.
Special Frosting
Chocolate Buttercream, Cream Cheese, Poured Chocolate (Ganache),
Fondant, Poured Fondant and Whipped Cream.* Flavored
Frostings
Almond, Cherry, Lemon, Maple, and Raspberry (others may be available
upon request.)*
Fillings
A variety of fillings are available to liven up my cakes. Most
berry, mousse and custard fillings are always available.*
Filling Choices
Chocolate Mousse, White Chocolate Mousse, Custard, Lemon, Lemon
Mousse, Raspberry Puree, Raspberry Mousse, Strawberry Puree,
Strawberry Mousse (fresh fruit and others may be available upon
request).*
*Additional charges depend on size of cake and
number of layers to be filled.
Notice
It is best to give as much notice as possible when ordering a
specialty cake. Usually a 2 week notice is required for most
standard decorations. During the busy months of March through
September,
at least 30 to 60 days notice is needed. Sculptured and Wedding
Cakes require an appointment with Patty and usually a 4 to 6
month notification. Deposits
For any order over $30.00, a 30%, NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is
required. If your cake order is under a 2-week notice, a 50% NON
REFUNDABLE deposit is required. I request a 48 hour cancellation notice for standard
orders. Specialty orders that involve significant prep work require
a 4-week cancellation notice. All
deposits are non-refundable
Payments
Patty Cakes does not accept credit cards. Cash and personal or
company checks are accepted with proper identification.
Patty Cakes does not accept
out-of-state checks. |
